What is included in Glow & Grow Bootcamp

  • 2 one-hour private sessions
  • 3-month workout plan
  • Motivational morning check-in every day from Monday to Friday for 4 weeks
  • Accountability check-in every evening from Monday to Friday for 4 weeks
  • Open communication channel with me Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST for 4 weeks.
  • Club membership for one year.

What to Expect After This time Together

You’re going to have a better understanding of nutrition, physical activities, and other knowledge you need to succeed on your wellness journey. This program was designed to jumpstart you and prepare you to be independent on your journey, equipped to make informed decisions by yourself regarding your health, and not only achieve your optimal fitness level but also maintain it in the long run.

Program Breakdown

Right after checkout, you’re going to choose a time slot for our 2 private sessions.

Within 48 business hours, you will receive the onboarding form with questions about your overall health, lifestyle, struggles, and goals. I’m going to review it and build a personalized plan for you.

Expect to receive information about how to access the chat and the private session.You’re also going to get access to Luciana Wellness Club to enjoy all the premium content for 12 months.

Starting from the first business day of the next month, you’re going to start receiving a daily morning message from me to guide and support you.

During the day, you can send me messages with any concerns or doubts you have regarding wellness.

By the end of the day, you’re going to receive a message from me asking about your progress, so not only can you be held accountable, but I can also make adjustments to your plan.

Once a week, we’re going to meet for one hour to address your challenges so I can guide you towards solutions to overcome them and achieve your goals.

In our first meeting, I’m going to give you instructions about your workout plan so you can follow through with it and continue after these 4 weeks together.
